Amber is a seasoned HR-tech entrepreneur and visionary leader with over 16+ years of experience in B2B enterprise solutions and talent acquisition technology. Before founding Zyvka, he worked in two early-stage HR-tech startups, where he scaled global revenue to $4M ARR. He has a deep understanding of AI-driven hiring, workforce skilling, and enterprise growth strategies. Amber is also a Board Member & Angel Investor, supporting the next wave of innovative startups in HR-tech and AI automation.
Prasad
Co-Founder & CSO
Prasad brings 27+ years of leadership experience in the corporate world, having held multiple executive positions at Airtel. He played a pivotal role in building Airtel Payment Bank from scratch into a multi-million-dollar business. His expertise spans enterprise strategy, business scaling, and financial growth in fast-moving sectors. As Zyvka's Chief Strategy Officer, he focuses on expansion, business growth, and building long-term strategic partnerships.
Ujjwal
Business Head
Ujjwal brings 16+ years of expertise in enterprise sales, business strategy. He has led multiple high-growth sales teams and has successfully driven business development across multiple industries. His deep understanding of market dynamics and customer acquisition makes him a key driver of Zyvka's growth strategy.
Akansha
VP - Ops & HR
Akansha has over 15 years of experience in HR operations, talent management, and workforce optimization. She has successfully scaled global operations for a Denmark-based startup, enhancing its recruitment and skilling efficiency. At Zyvka, she leads partner engagement, talent operations, and HR strategy, ensuring seamless execution of Zyvka's AI-driven workforce solutions.
J.D. Hasna
Head of US Partnerships
J.D. Hasna, the Head of US Partnerships, has a proven track record of driving US market growth through client acquisition and expanding Partnership relationships. J.D's Fractional Staffing firm, TA Builder, and Zyvka have a partnership, utilizing this AI technology to service the majority of TA Builders' clients. J.D. will focus on expanding the Zyvka partnership program in the US market.
